The 3 Heath Brothers in Concert at Ava UMC August 29 – FREE Gospel Music from Well-Known National Group!

The next Gospel concert at Ava United Methodist Church takes place at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 29. The 3 Heath Brothers are returning to the church, located on SR 821 in Ava, for the fourth time. Admission is free, and a ‘love offering’ will be accepted for the group. Merchandise will be available for purchase. Concert coordinator Darla Wheeler said, “This concert is an opportunity for the community to  not only enjoy a great concert, but for hearts to be touched and changed. Whatever the age of the concert attendees, these young men are loved and admired by all ages.”

The 3 Heath Brothers hail from Thomasville, North Carolina. They are dedicated to reaching out to today’s youth through their Gospel music. The children of a pastor, Nicholas, Christian and Clayton were taught to sing harmonies and play musical instruments while very young. They have traveled across the United States, performing in schools ranging from elementary to college level, churches and other special events, including Sing in the Sun at Myrtle Beach and NQC at Pigeon Forge.

Follow them on social media, and attend their concert to see them live and up close!

“My late husband, John, and I first saw this amazing group 10-12 years ago,” Wheeler said.
“Yes, they were kiddos then! I have followed them and seen them perform countless times and seen them interact with concert goers. These young men truly have a heart for the Lord and truly want to help youth grow in their own personal faith walk. I have seen this first-handed. Parents and grandparents, life is tough in today’s world. These guys can give the young people in your life a glimmer of hope and a desire to search their hearts for direction.”

This concert is open to the public and the community is invited to attend. Ava UMC is pastored by Rev. Dennis Williams. The church is handicap accessible, air conditioned and offers plenty of free parking.
