Linda Kay DeVoll
Linda Kay DeVoll, age 80, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Altercare Summit Acres in Caldwell. She was born April 9, 1945, in Noble County, daughter of the late Carlos A. Rossiter and Beulah F. Rayner Rossiter Anderson. Early in life, Linda worked as a clerk at Lena’s Grocery and as a waitress at the Lone Elm in Ava. She also worked at Witten’s Farm Market in Caldwell. She was a member of First Church of Christ in Caldwell. Linda enjoyed traveling, shopping, and flower gardening, and she was devoted to caring for her family and home. Linda’s family remembers her as a loving, caring woman who never met a stranger.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Arland Gene DeVoll, whom she married April 14, 1962, and who died December 8, 2021; one granddaughter, Tiffany Renee Feldner; one sister, Janice D. Rossiter; two brothers, Rev. Dr. Larry Rossiter and James T. Rossiter; two sisters-in-law, Patricia and Marilyn Rossiter.
Surviving are her children, Debbie (Dave) Lucas of Caldwell, Tonda (Roger) Feldner of Sarahsville, and Shaun DeVoll (Andrea Struble) of Caldwell; five grandchildren, Lacey (Jacob) Biedenbach, Brittany (Nick) Noll, Brandon (Kylin) Feldner, Michael (Melissa) Lucas and Lindsay (Troy) Baker; twelve great-grandchildren, Natalee and Nash Noll, Elle and Lucas Baker, Kyla, Adalyn, Arabella and Easton Lucas, Bentley and Emmy Biedenbach, Bryor and Zayde Feldner; two brothers, Gary L. Rossiter and Jerry R. Rossiter of Caldwell; three sisters-in-law Geraldine “Geri” Rossiter of Caldwell, Maxine Sickmiller of Michigan and Marybelle DeVoll of Caldwell; and many nieces, nephews and cousins, including a special cousin, Joyce McMillan of Cambridge.
Friends may call Friday, February 20, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral will follow visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Jacob Biedenbach and Brent DeWees officiating.
