Betty Lou Farson Wilson
Betty Lou Farson Wilson died peacefully on August 7, 2026 in Lakewood, Colorado. She was born on November 6, 1939 to Homer and Ethel Hughes Farson in Jackson Township, Ohio. She graduated from Dexter City High School with the Class of 1957. She married William Charles Wilson on August 30, 1959. They resided in Lowell where they raised their daughter, Heather. During those years, Betty enjoyed sewing, reading, collecting Longaberger baskets, and financial planning. She moved to Colorado in 2005 to be near Heather, her son-in-law Anthony Krupa and their two children, Anna Grace and Simon Hughes. She volunteered at the Christian Action Guild in Golden for many years. Betty enjoyed traveling with her family and seeing her grandchildren grow up. She loved her Colorado life. She is survived by Heather, Anthony, Anna Grace Krupa of Golden and Simon Hughes Krupa of Windham, Maine. She is also survived by her niece, Debbi Hamilton of Napa, California, and nephews Dan Farson of Godfrey, Illinois, Dave Farson of Hilliard, Ohio and Max Farson of Greer, South Carolina. As per her wishes, there will be a cremation and her ashes will be spread in Colorado.
