Amos E. “Eddie” Armstrong

Amos E. “Eddie” Armstrong, II, age 62, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Saturday, November 21, 2020, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born February 3, 1958, in Barberton, son of the late Amos E. and Ruth L. Clark Armstrong, I. He was a 1977 graduate of Caldwell High School, and he was a member of the Ohio National Guard for 11 years. Eddie mowed many cemeteries around Noble County, spending most of his time at Dudley Cemetery. He loved to hunt and fish.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four sisters, Joyce Diane Armstrong, Ruthie A. Parcell, and infant sisters Cathy Lynn Armstrong and Tammy Ruth Armstrong; and one niece, Jennifer Elizabeth Armstrong.

Surviving are his siblings, Ruby Katherine (Joseph) Coates of Caldwell, and Rebecca S. Armstrong and Ronald D. Armstrong, both of Dexter City; and one nephew, Robert E. Parcell of Caldwell.

There will be no service at this time. McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, is caring for the family.
