Clyde R. “Bink” Tidd, III

Clyde R. “Bink” Tidd, III, age 60, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born January 17, 1961, in Marietta. Bink was a 1979 graduate of Caldwell High School where he was a member of the football team, and he attended Washington State Community College. He retired as a truck driver from Jeff Keith Trucking and he attended Sharon Community Church. Bink loved riding his motorcycle, going mudding, working on cars, and he loved his dogs. He was a great friend and a good man.

He is survived by his wife, Loretta Lynn Glidden Tidd, whom he married May 26, 1986; his children, Jessica L. Tidd (Josh Carpenter) and Julia R. Tidd, both of Caldwell, and Jayden R. R. Tidd of the home; his siblings, Jennifer Creamer (Rick) Welch and Kevin Creamer, both of Caldwell, and Dennis (Jennifer) Creamer of Kentucky; two grandchildren, Killian Bentley and Charlie Anker; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends. He is also survived by dear friends, Buck and Sandee Stritz

Friends may call Sunday, March 28, 2021, from 4-8 p.m. at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Monday, March 29 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bill Pickenpaugh officiating. Burial will follow at Dudley Cemetery. Guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing at all gatherings as required by the state of Ohio.
