Hank B. Morris

Hank B. Morris, age 59, of Belle Valley, Ohio, died Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. He was born December 25, 1961, in Zanesville, son of the late Thomas Philitus and Helen Mae “Tater” Foreman Morris. Hank worked in the oil fields in his younger years and weighed metals at Guernsey Scrap in Caldwell. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Caldwell and attended the Caldwell Church of the Nazarene. He loved music, and enjoyed playing the guitar, mandolin, and dulcimer.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Emmett E. and Myrtle Woods Morris and John V. and Helen M. Shimp Foreman; and two brothers, William Miles Morris, who died April 12, 2017, and Thomas Phillip Morris, Jr., who died March 4, 2019.

Surviving are his daughter, Liberty Adrianna Resmira Morris of Kennonsburg; his siblings, Charles Mason Morris (Dawn Bettinger), Maria Elaine Ballard, and Patty Ann Harriman, all of Caldwell; his former mother-in-law, Janet Kay Clark of Kennonsburg; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his beloved pug, Solomon, and his sister Maria’s chub, Kody.
