James Noyes is in his third year as a Noble County Chamber of Commerce Director. He works for Trinity Energy Solutions, LLC, as the Environmental Health and Safety Director, and Trinity Water Solutions, LLC as Vice President of Operations.
When asked what drew him to the chamber, Noyes said, “At the time, the Chamber was looking for someone who had experience as well as connections in Oil & Gas. One of the other board members had asked me if that was something that I would be interested in. Of course, I was interested and verbally accepted the offer immediately.
“I decided to take that extra step and accept the director position because I wanted to become an active member in our community and do my part in bringing as much business to Noble County as possible. Having spent close to 10 years on the corporate side of oil and gas, and networking along the way, helped transition some of the business back to local companies here in Noble County.
“My hope for Noble County’s business future is to do as much as I can to keep people from having to move away to find employment opportunities. By offering training (trade specific) here at the local level to help prepare our future generations for the employment opportunities we have/need, we should be able to keep our “own” here locally to help our businesses thrive. If we can keep our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren here in Noble County, and supply them with business/employment opportunities then we as a county we can continue to grow and expand our business infrastructure.
