Thorla-McKee Well Site Accessible again thanks to Cooperative Effort

Several area organizations worked together to make repairs last week to the culvert leading from SR564 into the parking lot of the Thorla-McKee well site, which collapsed following heavy rains.
The repairs were a cooperative effort between Noble County Engineer Todd Coss’s office, the Noble County Commissioners and ODOT, under the direction of Brian Carter, Noble County ODOT manager. Caldwell Redi-Mix provided concrete for the project.
