Harper Wins Halloween Decorating Contest

The winner of the Village of Caldwell Halloween Decorating contest is Delicia Renee Harper who resides near the high school on Lewis street. Mayor Misty Wells, founder of the contest, congratulated the winner, saying, “Great job Delicia and family! There were lots of great Halloween decorations to enjoy this year!” Delicia won a $50 Wings, etc. gift card for taking first place. Mayor Wells said that the winner of the Village Christmas Contest for best decorated house will win a major award of $1000.
