Tim Lovelace in Concert at Ava UMC Saturday at 7 p.m.
Multi-talented singer, comedian and songwriter Tim Lovelace will perform at Ava UMC at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 24. Lovelace, from Jacksboro, Tennessee, will “bring joy and laughter to our neck of the woods,” said concert organizer Darla Wheeler. The public is invited to share in an evening of song and laughter.
Check out Lovelace’s videos on YouTube. Favorites include “Living in a Coffee World,” “Don’t Sit in my Pew,” and “Moments to Motivate.”
Following the performance, attendees will have the opportunity to meet Lovelace in person. “The only requirement for attending this show is that you come prepared to laugh and let your heart be touched,” Wheeler said.
Lovelace has traveled the world for the last three decades delivering his message of love, hope and laughter to audiences. “He masterfully displays his abilities on piano, guitar and harmonica, as well as vocals,” Wheeler said.
Lovelace has been awarded many honors over the years, and appears on Gaither videos. His passion for life is contagious. “You must experience the excitement of his comedy concert – it cannot be described!” Wheeler said.
Ava UMC is located on St. Rt. 821 in Ava. The church is air conditioned and handicap accessible. Pastor Tom Matus and concert promoter Darla Wheeler cordially invite you to attend, and ask you to share concert details with your friends.
No admission will be charged, although an offering will be taken up for Lovelace. He will also have items available for purchase.
