Todd Edward Schell

Todd Edward Schell, age 56, of Marietta, Ohio, died Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at his home. He was born September 12, 1966, in Zanesville, son of Fredrick Robert “Fred” Schell of Caldwell and the late Carol Sue Braden Schell. Todd was a 1985 graduate of Caldwell High School and was employed as a cab driver for Ohio Valley Cab Service in Marietta.  He attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Marietta. He enjoyed helping his father on the family farm and taking walks. He especially loved to play cards and dominoes. He loved his family.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by one sister, Lora Kay Schell.

Surviving in addition to his father are one son, Galen Schell of Athens; his siblings, Joseph Robert Schell of Dexter City, Paul Marvin (Christine) Schell of Lake Placid, Florida, and Cindy Mae Robertson of Huron; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his four cats whom he loved dearly.

Friends may call Monday, July 17, 2023, from 3-6 p.m. at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where a memorial service will follow at 6PM with Pastor Yvonne Matus officiating.
