Robert E. “Bob” White
Robert E. “Bob” White, age 90, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Monday, July 14, 2025 at Roscoe Gardens Skilled Nursing in Coshocton. He was born March 10, 1935, in Sharon, son of the late Wilbert R. and Ocie I. Cunningham White. Bob was a 1954 graduate of Forrest Grove High School and was a United States Air Force veteran who served from 1955-1959 as a fighter electrician. He was employed following his service for Westinghouse in Columbus as well as the Conrail and Chessie System. He owned and operated WLM, Inc. in Caldwell from 1985-2024. Bob enjoyed working on cars. He was a good Christian man who was devoted to his family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Marshel (Josie) Spear, Florence (Roy) Breuklander, Jessie (Howard) Beman, and Mary (E.G.) Rogers; one niece, Linda; and three nephews, Glenn, Bill, and Lewis.
Surviving are his wife, Carol L. Morris White, whom he married January 1, 1958; his children, Kathi (Jim) Crock, Kevin White, and Kelsey White; three grandchildren, Julia, Kevin, and Brad (Heidi); six nieces, Patty, Estella, Debbie, Shirley, Twila, and Rhonda; and one nephew, Steven.
Friends may call Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Friday, July 18 at 1 p.m. with Ken Perkins officiating.
