Larry E. Foraker

Larry E. Foraker, age 85, of New Market, Tennessee, passed away on January 18, 2026 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Larry was born in Zanesville, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Go Buckeyes! He was also a USAF veteran. Larry is survived by his son, Zane (Renee); and his grandsons Luke and Carter. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Barbara; parents, Freeman and Bernice Foraker; and brother Gene Foraker. Larry loved teaching his grandboys about life’s most important topics; rocks, trees, genealogy, and football. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 20, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. He will be buried at Carter’s Station Cemetery near Mosheim, Tennessee.
