Still Time to Request Absentee Ballot – But Don’t Wait Any Longer!

Registered Noble County voters have until noon this Saturday, April 25 to request an absentee ballot by mail. To do so, visit the Noble County Board of Election’s website at https://www.boe.ohio.gov/noble/. When you land on the home page, simply scroll down a bit. There are three different places on that page you can click that will take you directly to a printable application to receive an absentee ballot by mail.

Fill it out, carefully following the directions, make sure you sign and date it, and then return it either by mail to: Noble County Ohio Board of Elections, 140 Courthouse, Caldwell, Ohio 43724; or in person by stopping by the courthouse during COVID-19 business hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Thursday 8 a.m. – noon, and give it to the door attendant.

Another option is to place your completed ballot request in the drop box on the courthouse lawn near the corner of the building on the Farmers & Merchants Bank side.

Vote by mail ballots must be requested by April 25, 2020 and returned by April 28, 2020. Voters who already voted do not need to request a new ballot. Ballots already received by mail or in-person will be included for this election.

Blank applications are also available from the courthouse attendant until Friday at 4 p.m.

Once you receive your ballot, to make sure your ballot is counted, it must be received by your board of elections by 7:30 p.m. on April 28 OR be postmarked by April 27 and delivered by mail to your board of elections by May 8.
